過去幾周，我們陸續(xù)收到世界各地用戶和經(jīng)銷商關(guān)于當前中國疫情形勢的真摯問候，在此，瑞珂瑪總裁馬國鋒先生及全體同仁向大家的關(guān)心與祝福表示最誠摯的感謝！
我們衷心感謝大家對于瑞珂瑪中國研發(fā)生產(chǎn)基地所有員工及其親屬的關(guān)心和問候！
? ? ?我們員工和他們的家人目前都安全和健康，公司還專門成立了“疫情防控領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組”，我們在努力做好疫情防控的同時，也在為疫情過后恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)做積極準備，銷售、售后和研發(fā)人員已各自在家辦公，一旦恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)，我們將調(diào)集各方資源加快生產(chǎn)進度，一如既往地為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)。

Dear Ricoma Customers,
On behalf of President Frank Ma & CEO Henry Ma and the employees of Ricoma in our China facility, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the warm regards that we received over the last few weeks regarding the current situation in China.
We sincerely appreciate those who have reached out to inquire about the health and safety of our staff and families overseas.
We would like to all of you that our staff and families are indeed well and that we are working diligently to prepare the factory for production once the situation improves and allows us.
Once the production is back, we will do everything we can within our capacity to deliver you the quality products and service as always.
